Returns & Refunds Policy

At Boditive, we understand that sanitary hygiene products are intimate and delicate essentials for every woman, and ensuring the sanctity of our products is our top priority. For this reason, we do not accept returns, as any returned goods would be considered compromised in quality. We understand that there may be times when issues arise with your order and we aim to make the returns and refunds process as smooth as possible. Please read our policy below for detailed information.

 

Return Window
You may initiate a replacement or refund within 48 hours from the date of delivery only if the product is damaged. We encourage you to inspect your order promptly upon delivery to identify any damages. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond this timeframe.

Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer support team immediately. To initiate a return, you will need to provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damage. Our team will review your case and guide you through the return process.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products once they have been delivered. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of product integrity and customer safety.

Refunds
If your return request for a damaged product is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank. We appreciate your patience.

Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please reach out to our customer support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the correct products as soon as possible.

Cancelled Orders
Once an order is placed and confirmed, cancellations are not accepted. We encourage you to review your order carefully before proceeding with payment.
